Who can take part in the CHONQUER study?
You could be eligible if you:
- Are 18 years old or older
- Have locally advancedⓘ,The illness has spread beyond its original location but has not reached other distant parts of the body. or metastaticⓘ,The illness has spread beyond its original location but has not reached other distant parts of the body. conventional chondrosarcomaⓘA type of cancer that starts in the cartilage, which is the tough, flexible tissue that helps cushion joints and supports various structures in the body. In simpler terms, it is a cancer that forms in cartilage cells. This type of cancer typically grows slowly and can cause pain and swelling in the affected area. It is most commonly found in the bones of the arms, legs or pelvis. .
- Have a tumour with a specific genetic mutation (IDH1)
